Thank you

I would like to thank you all, for your efforts and time, for helping me sort out my messed up life. What I really appreciate from you all is the fact that you supported me not only financially but also emotionally. You kept me strong, when giving up was a much easier choice. Not a lot of people have faith in street children, but you had. You gave me back my human dignity, the love I needed badly to grow. Right now I feel very fortunate considering that a lot of foreign nationals have no place to call home as I do now. For this reason I will make sure that I use this opportunity in a right way. I will do my best to make sure that I reach my goals in life, never forgetting the great people who helped me along the way.

Please know that anybody who I met along the way made a huge difference in my life! I would like to thank a few people in particular.

  1. Hey Ephraim:

Although we are half way around the world right now we think of you often. It’s nice to see that so many people have helped you. The world is sometimes kinder than it seems. But remember that in the end it is your own courage and strength that saw you through. You’ve been through some things that most people can only imagine, yet here you are, in school, writing a blog, with a place to stay! We are glad to be able to do our small part to help, and grateful to see so many other names up there with ours.

  2. Ephraim meaning : (to be fruitful)

Although a tree is known by its fruit, its never to be enjoyed by itself but by others. We are happy to give you the water and sunlight needed for you to develop your potential and be a role model and example to many other boys in your situation. We know that you will do your best to bear as many fruit as possible.

Anchor the roots and keep smiling 🙂
